Five women head out on a weekend of a lifetime to celebrate Zara's engagement only to be interrupted by the end of the world. They subsequently have to wait it out in an isolated holiday cottage in Wales and, emerging from quarantine into the harsh new post-apocalyptic world, find the male population has almost entirely been wiped out.

Mother of the bride Bernadette makes an outrageous plan to improve post-apocalyptic life for the hens, but she faces opposition. Shelly tries to make amends for her past mistakes.

Chief bridesmaid Shelly makes a shocking discovery that could ruin everything for the hens. As time runs out, she finds an ally and takes drastic action.

On the eve of her wedding day, Zara finds herself in emotional turmoil. With the future of the group at risk, she’s forced to pick a side, but will her faith be rewarded?

After the shocking events of the day before, the hens face the ultimate survival challenge and have to decide what to sacrifice for love. Will the bridal party emerge victorious?
