While manning the store alone, Lu gets kidnapped by a mysterious group. Sakamoto and Shin pursue her but are halted by an invisible assassin.

After facing Takamura, X and his men temporarily retreat from the devastated JAA Kanto Branch and begin a new plan. Meanwhile, Sakamoto learns that X is his former JCC classmate, Uzuki. Advised by Hyo, Sakamoto and Shin board a plane to take the JCC transfer exam and search for clues in the JCC data bank.

Stage Three of the JCC exams begins as a trio of special applicants joins the fray. Toramaru, a devoted Sakamoto fan, immediately clashes with Shin.
