Three music moguls search for new artists for their record labels. Unsigned hip-hop and R&B artists undergo auditions and workshops to hone their craft and determine if they really have what it takes to get signed to a deal.

Before going auditioning for Lenny S., The-Dream, and Rick Ross, the aspiring artists discuss what working with the moguls would mean to them
2. Tighten Up
The “moguls” shake things up by auditioning a new round of artists. Brittany rubs M. Rose the wrong way as she pushes herself to the top of the pack. Later, the artists are thrown under the bus at the moguls listening party.
3. Watch Your Back
Anxiety is high when the final round of auditions guarantees to send some artists home. With everyone coming at her, Brittany finds support in King Dillon. JVOTI must make a life changing decision.
4. Show Up, Show Out
The artists compete for a chance to fly to LA or Miami. Lenny S introduces the artists to one of the biggest rappers in the game. Rick Ross gives the artists a taste of the high life before throwing a major curve ball.
