The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency was a reality television series that debuted on Oxygen on June 6, 2006. The show completed four seasons, through which it followed the self-proclaimed world's first supermodel Janice Dickinson as she took on the role of a modeling agent to her own eponymous agency, also called The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, which opened for business in November 2005. The first season follows her opening of the agency, including the difficulty in finding models of Janice's vision, getting them proficient in front of the camera, obtaining financial backing and establishing a reputation for her agency. Subsequent seasons followed the development of the agency and a constantly changing cast of models. A number of the male models are openly gay, and a number of the agency's clients are gay-oriented businesses. This resulted in many of the episodes being gay-themed. Oxygen aired a one-hour holiday special to bridge a gap between the first and second seasons, entitled Christmas with the Dickinsons. In the UK, there was to be a British version of the show with supermodel Paula Hamilton as the agency head. Like the American version, the show was to be titled after the lead. It was to be shown on the cable channel Living, which is also the home of the Top Model franchise in UK. After much planning, the show was canceled due to a lack of interest in the American version.

1. In The Beginning

More than 500 men and women participate when Janice Dickinson holds open auditions for her new modeling agency in Los Angeles. Those chosen to take part in the final selection process---a photo shoot with lots of bare skin---include a native of Sudan, Africa, a 10-year industry vet, and a homeless woman. Later, Dickinson decides to find a business partner.

3. Cut the Fat

Janice and her new business partner clash over model selections and weight issues are encountered.

4. The First Job

The agency books its first job and gets a bigger-than-expected turnout when they hold another open casting call.

5. NYC

Janice Dickinson Brings three of her male models to New York so they can model for an underwear agency.

6. It's Official

To celebrate the opening of her agency, Janice holds a red carpet ribbon cutting ceremony.

7. Vegas Baby

Five of the Agency's models shoot a commercial for 1-800-DENTIST. Peter and Janice go to Vegas for the American Model Search.

8. It's All About The Runway

Several of the Agency's models are hired for a Virgin Megastore Fashion Show. Janice teaches them how to walk down the runway by hiring 'drag queens'.

9. Signed, Sealed, Delivered

Janice's models are cast in upcoming movie 7-10 Split, while other models are cast in a fashion show and appear in print ads.

10. Step It Up

Two models are chosen to be in Avant's new music video. Peter and Janice clash when a meeting with William Ford (from Frederick's of Hollywood) doesn't go well.

11. Get The Picture

Five models are chosen to be photographed by Mathu Anderson. The agency holds another open casting call which turns out to be a failure.

12. The Axe Falls

In the Season Finale, Janice, Peter, Kodi, Gabe and Duke decide who is going to be cut. The remaining models go to Sunset Boulevard where Janice announces the 16 "management" models and the 8 "new faces" models.
